We offer flat-rate shipping nationwide. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for the North Island and 3-5 business days for the South Island. Rural deliveries may require an additional 2 days.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes, we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund or store credit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer flexible payment options through Afterpay and Laybuy for interest-free installments.

Currently, Engage NZ operates as an online-only retailer to keep our prices competitive. We do not offer local pickup, but we provide fast door-to-door delivery across the country.
